Guidelines for admissions

Registration for admissions for the academic year 2024-25 open for Montessori to Grade 8 RNVK is a happy school for happy children! Our philosophy of working with small numbers (an average of 30 in a class) ensures a personalised, individualised learning experience in a caring and creative atmosphere that puts the child at the heart of all we do.

Classes Offered:

Pre-Primary:

Montessori (M-1) and LKG (K-1) & UKG (K-2)

Age Criteria:

• For M1: 3 Years by June 2024
• For K1: 4 Years by June 2024
• For K2: 5 Years June 2024

Primary Upwards: Grades 1 to 8

Online registration process:

• Submit online Registration Form, from the respective links at the end of this document.
• Submit the duly filled-in form with the necessary documents as mentioned in the Registration Form, along with a non-refundable application fee.. (Rs. 150- online).
• A large number of parents are seeking admission to RNVK. We would like to inform parents that we have only limited seats available. Priority screening (NOT admissions) is administered in the following cases.

Note: All admission from grades 1 to 8 will depend on the vacancies likely to arise on account of withdrawal due to parent transfers as well as the Entrance Test performance.

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realise and understand the constraints the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among parents. Exerting any influence for admission directly or indirectly will be a disqualification.

Admission process:

An entrance test is conducted before granting admission. Admission is granted on merit and against vacancies likely to arise only. There will be an interaction with the Principal once the Entrance Test is cleared and the vacancy falls open. There will also be an orientation on school policies and routine, followed by an interface with the RNVK faculty.
